HZシリーズ集束式潜孔ハンマーは、主に硬岩条件における大口径杭基礎孔の掘削を目的としています。複数のサブ潜孔ハンマーを同時に作動させる集束式の作業方式を採用し、大口径杭基礎孔を一度で成孔する要求に対応します。これにより、従来工法では硬岩環境で大口径孔を掘削する際に生じていた低効率・高コストという課題を解決しています。

The HZ series focus-type undercave hammer is mainly intended for drilling large-diameter pile foundation holes under hard rock conditions. It adopts a concentrated working method that activates multiple sub-pore hammers at the same time, and responds to the demand for drilling large-diameter pile foundation holes at once. This solves the problem of low efficiency and high cost that occurred when drilling large-diameter holes in a hard rock environment in conventional construction methods.

HZシリーズ集束式潜孔ハンマーは、排渣方式により正循環タイプと反循環タイプに分かれます。正循環タイプでは岩屑を潜孔ハンマー外部から排出し、反循環タイプでは内部の排渣通路を通して二重管ドリルロッドの内排渣孔へ送り、排出します。

The HZ series concentrated submersible hammer is divided into positive circulation type and anti-circulation type according to the slag discharge method. In the positive circulation type, the rock debris is discharged from the outside of the underpore hammer, and in the anti-circulation type, it is fed to the inner slag hole of the double-tube drill rod through the internal slag discharge channel and discharged.

国標の方頭接続方式を採用しており、各種ロータリードリルや長螺旋ドリルに対応できます。

サブ潜孔ハンマーは高速打撃設計で穿孔速度が速く、同口径の単体潜孔ハンマーと比べて、4〜11個で構成される一式の子ハンマービット価格は、単体潜孔ハンマービットの5分の1〜3分の1程度です。

3.　分解・組立とメンテナンスが容易：

モジュール設計を採用しており、サブ潜孔ハンマーとハンマーヘッドは交換可能で、消耗部品の交換も簡単です。

4.　振動が小さく、騒音も低く、排渣を集中処理できるため環境にやさしい：

複数のサブ潜孔ハンマーが同時に作動するため単体潜孔ハンマーより振動と騒音が小さく、設備への振動衝撃も抑えられます。反循環タイプでは岩屑を二重管ドリルロッドの内孔から排出するため、集中排出が可能で、粉じん低減や環境を配慮した施工に適しています。
